That’s right! I know they are rare, but you’re going to see some family posts rolling out on the blog in the next few weeks. Although we specialize in weddings and engagements, a few times a year I open some spots for family sessions. The next time we plan to open some sessions is in the fall. So, if you’re interested in snagging one of those spots make sure to keep a look out!
First off, let me say, I adore the Allison family! If you haven’t met them then you really are missing out. When Kristyn first asked about family photos, I was drawn to her idea behind doing a session in the first place. You may notice as you scroll through the photos, but all the kiddos are wearing shirts that say, “Don’t Miss It”. The idea is that we don’t want to miss all the moments of our little one’s lives. Yes, even the tantrum-screaming moments! It’s so easy to fall into the rhythm of always wishing for the next season of life, especially with our kids. But these shirts are a great reminder to not miss the moment you are currently in. Pretty great concept, right?
