When Caylor and Calihan booked us early this year I knew we were going to be a great match for a few reasons. First, I’m a huge fan of unique names and they both have them which I think is pretty awesome. Second, Cali is a teacher, so I can’t help but feel like we are kindred spirits! Third, these two are getting married in Lawrence which is so special to me because that is where I lived for four years when I was getting my undergraduate degree.
One of the things that stood out to me during their late September session was how kind they are to each other. This may seem like a no-brainer because they are clearly in love, but I love it when I see my couples interact with each other in a tender and respectful way. June can’t come quick enough! Until then we will just have to soak up all the loveliness happening in some of our favorite shots from their engagement session.
