The Friesners

Winter weddings are always unpredictable in the Midwest. You expect snow and bitter cold winds. What you don’t expect is a 50 degree day that is abundant with sunshine. That’s exactly what Nate and Kate got on their wedding day. It turns out though that the spring-like weather was only the icing on the cake! The true joy of the day was watching these two together.

I got a little emotional as I watched Kate’s mom cry while admiring Kate’s beautiful wedding dress. And then everyone got emotional when Kate’s dad and Nate got to see her for the first time as a bride. Needless to say there were lots of happy tears this past weekend. But there was also plenty of fun to be had!! Nate and Kate know how to throw a reception that inspires their guests to dance and party!

I’m so thankful to have started our 2018 wedding season with these two! We hope you enjoy some of our favorite photos from your day! Congratulations!
